Penny Black Stamps

Here is a card I made the other day just trying to get my creativity going again. I have had this stamp for about a year and have only made maybe 3 cards with it. I love the image, but because of its size, I have trouble with the layout. I am starting to use pattern paper more and more with my stamping lately and think I like it. I see it all the time in the magazines so I guess its a trend.

This is the second card I made. This was for the weekly sketch challenge at SCS. Also using Penny Black stamps. Colored with markers right on the rubber. Who knew it would be so hard to line up squares so they were all straight and even? Talk about a challenge, there is no fudge factor in this layout!

Both of these are wonderful! I love the strips of paper behind the imageon the top card! I love the smaller images and layout on the 2nd card. You rock Karen! :)

Both of these cards are just amazing, you are the Penny Black queen. You always use just the right background paper with these stamps.
